Job summary

ITW Car Care, a division of Illinois Tool Works, is seeking a senior finance leader to drive above-market growth and lead strategic financial initiatives across product, customer, promotion, and people strategies.

You will build a high-performing, diverse finance team, mentor future leaders, and ensure forecasting discipline while partnering with senior leadership to shape long-range plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required; Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of demonstrated experience in financial reporting and analysis, cost reduction, inventory costing and control, operational accounting, and financial statement management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial management role with direct people leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional project teams and partnering with manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth through financial leadership and insight-driven decision making.
• Advise leadership on financial implications of key business decisions across product, customer, promotion, and people strategies.
• Partner on development and execution of annual and long-range strategic plans.
