ITW Deltar Fasteners, based in Frankfort, IL, is seeking an Operations Controller to lead financial reporting, planning, and performance insights for the division. The role requires strong strategic insight, ownership of data integrity, and the ability to influence business decisions with solid facts.

The position drives the Division’s monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, P&L oversight, budgeting, and long‑range planning while coaching teams and promoting ITW toolbox practices across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CMA or CPA a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in Accounting function.
• Working knowledge of P&L and Balance Sheet reporting.
• Ability to adhere to deadlines, manage priorities and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Finalize corporate monthly, quarterly and annual submissions.
• Annual Operating Plan P&L and Long Range Plan P&L.
• Monthly management reporting package (Bridge, Price/Cost, FTB/Sourcing, Flash OL/Actuals, Mid‑Month).
• Consolidated Divisional financial reporting (Mid‑Month / Flash Outlook / Forecasts).
• Full US Financials ownership – reviewing monthly financials and reconciliations.
• Ad hoc projects and ITW Toolbox initiatives; talent management.
• Backup for Division Controller and Assistant Controller.
