Job summary

ITW Power Nailing division seeks a Division Controller to lead global financial planning, analysis, and governance. You will partner with VP/GM and division leadership to drive above-market growth, streamline processes, and build a high-performing finance team across multiple locations.

The role requires a strong track record in manufacturing finance, strategic decision support, and cross-functional collaboration, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience in manufacturing and commercial environments.
• 3+ years in a financial leadership role with people management.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and driving change with stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, analysis, and governance for the division.
• Oversee reporting, accounting, controls and performance management.
• Drive cost reduction and productivity improvements across locations.
• Support ERP implementation and enhance reporting tools for leaders.
