Bonafide Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance - Retail Innovation to provide strategic financial leadership across Retail, Innovation, Brand and commercial functions. You will drive profitability, pricing, and revenue management, and lead business cases from idea to launch.

You will own FP&A for traditional retail, analyze customer economics, SKU profitability, gross-to-net, and trade investments, partnering with cross-functional leaders to align investments with long-range plans.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• 7-9 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead financial planning, forecasting and performance management for traditional retail.
• Own retail revenue and profitability analyses by customer, brand, channel, SKU.
• Develop pricing scenarios and assess impact on gross-to-net and margin.
• Lead trade promotion planning and effectiveness analyses.
• Partner with Operations, R&D, Digital Finance to align investments.
