Bonafide Health is seeking a Sr Manager, Finance, DTC, Amazon & Digital to deliver strategic financial leadership and business partnership for our direct-to-consumer and digital growth initiatives. You will own planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analytics that connect investments to revenue and profitability.

You will build driver-based models, evaluate marketing returns, and partner with Growth, Field Sales and HR to optimize resources and performance across channels.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred).
• 7-9 years of progressive FP&A or corporate Finance experience.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary Finance business partner to DTC, Amazon, Growth/Performance Marketing, and Field Sales leadership.
• Own financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management for DTC, Amazon, performance marketing, and Field Sales.
• Develop driver-based revenue and profitability models including traffic, conversion, AOV, retention, and product mix.
• Lead analysis of DTC and Amazon margins, including costs, platform fees, and promotions.
• Develop frameworks to evaluate marketing effectiveness and growth investment returns (CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback, incrementality).
• Partner with Growth leadership to optimize marketing investment across brands and channels.
• Lead Finance support for Field Sales, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
• Develop Field Sales ROI and productivity frameworks connecting investments to demand and profits.
• Assess sampling, HCP programs, conferences, and other Field Sales investments for returns.
• Collaborate with HR to evaluate field incentive compensation design and economics.
• Create scenarios to optimize growth investments and provide actionable recommendations.
• Provide FP&A inputs for new product launches and growth initiatives.
