Job summary

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Finance Manager to lead Supply Chain Finance and own the S&OP financial processes. You will partner across Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Operations, guiding two to four analysts as the team scales.

You will translate demand plans into financial insights, manage material standard costs, and drive cost efficiency. This role blends hands-on leadership with strategic planning in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years in supply chain finance, manufacturing finance, cost accounting, FP&A, or related analytical role.
• Experience leading or mentoring others.
• Experience supporting or leading an S&OP / integrated business planning process.
• Hands-on costing with raw materials standards and variance analysis.
• Experience with BOMs, material flows, and factory cost drivers.
• Strong modeling and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly S&OP cycle as finance lead and translate demand/supply plans into financial views.
• Align S&OP with budget and forecast, quantify gaps and present scenarios.
• Own raw material standard costs and cost roll-ups.
• Analyze purchase price and usage variances; drive root-cause actions.
• Forecast material costs considering supplier trends and lead times.
• Provide financial analysis for make-vs-buy, supplier selection, and inventory decisions.
• Monitor inventory and working capital; partner with Supply Chain on improvements.
• Build and develop a team of 2–4 analysts over time.
• Partner with senior leaders to convert operational drivers into financial insights.
• Own financial models supporting S&OP, forecasts, and cash planning.
• Prepare monthly S&OP summaries and executive materials.
• Coordinate month-end close with Accounting and Manufacturing Finance.
• Set quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive process and tooling improvements (NetSuite, Adaptive, Foundry or similar).
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communications.
