Job summary

Saronic is seeking a Finance Manager to lead a defined area of Manufacturing Finance, owning product costing, budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting. You will connect factory floor and supply chain activity to financial outcomes and partner with senior leaders in Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive performance.

This hands-on leader will grow a team of two to four analysts, set a high-quality bar, and translate operating drivers into actionable financial insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required.
• MBA, CPA, CMA or equivalent plus experience a plus.
• 7–9 years in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, FP&A, or related analytical role.

Responsibilities

• Lead product costing, manufacturing budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and production-driven planning.
• Provide operational reporting linking factory floor and supply chain to financial outcomes.
• Partner with senior leaders in Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain.
