You will build scalable models, partner with leaders, and drive reporting improvements in a fast-growing environment. This role emphasizes collaboration, clarity, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with integrated forecasts.
• Experience with consolidated planning, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to executives.
• Experience improving financial reporting, systems, or tools (NetSuite, Adaptive, Foundry).

Responsibilities

• Support company-wide financial planning processes including annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
• Own consolidated financial reporting, including variance analysis and management reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally to translate drivers into actionable insights.
• Build models for operating forecasts, headcount, cash planning, and decision-making.
• Prepare executive-level materials for monthly reviews and board updates.
• Analyze performance across departments, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Assist in capital allocation and ROI assessments with scenario analyses.
