Saronic Technologies is seeking a Finance Manager to lead manufacturing finance, costing, forecasting, and reporting. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering, driving scalable processes from the factory floor to financial outcomes.

This hands-on leader will grow a small team into a capable finance function and deliver clear, actionable insights. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, overhead costing, and margin analysis while partnering with senior leaders to translate

Formación

• 7-9 years in manufacturing finance or FP&A with mentoring experience.
• Hands-on costing, cost roll-ups, variances and inventory valuation.
• Experience in product manufacturing with BOMs, routings, and cost drivers.
• Collaboration with Supply Chain and Procurement for pricing and material planning.
• Strong financial modeling and decision-support capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate insights to leadership.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Manufacturing Finance for your area, including budgeting, forecasting, and team development.
• Build and maintain overhead pools and rates for standard costing.
• Analyze manufacturing variances and drive root-cause actions with operations.
• Deliver product/program cost and gross margin analysis including inventory valuation.
• Partner with Supply Chain on supplier pricing, make-vs-buy decisions, and lead times.
• Grow the team from two to four analysts and ensure high-quality output.
• Translate operational drivers into financial insights for executives.
• Oversee models for production, materials, labor, and capacity planning.
• Support capital decisions with ROI analyses for capacity expansion and equipment.
