Job summary

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Finance Manager to lead a defined area of Manufacturing Finance, owning product costing, planning, forecasting, and operational reporting. This hands-on role will grow into leading a small team of two to four finance professionals, while partnering with senior leaders to translate operational drivers into financial insights.

You will build scalable costing, reporting processes, and ensure timely, accurate financial outcomes in a fast-growth manufacturing

Qualifications

• 7-9 years in manufacturing finance or FP&A.
• Hands-on with standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Experience with BOMs, routings, and cost drivers.
• Strong financial modeling and decision-support skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Cross-functional communication with operations and leadership.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA/CPA/CMA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Finance: budgeting, forecasting, and team development.
• Create and maintain overhead pools and rates.
• Analyze variances in price, usage, labor, and overhead.
• Deliver cost and gross margin analysis across products and programs.
• Partner with Supply Chain on pricing, make-vs-buy, and inventory.
• Develop the finance team and mentor analysts.
• Translate operational drivers into financial insights with leadership.
• Own models for production, materials, labor, and capacity.
• Support capital decisions with ROI and scenario analyses.
• Prepare monthly business reviews and management reporting.
• Coordinate with Accounting on month-end close and cost accounting.
• Set quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive process improvements using NetSuite, Adaptive, Foundry.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and trade-offs.
