Job summary

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Finance Manager to lead Supply Chain Finance in Austin, TX. You will drive the monthly S&OP finance view, own raw material standard costs, and partner with senior leaders across Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Operations.

This hands-on, player-coach role grows a team of two to four finance professionals, shaping cost models, scenarios, and reporting to deliver clarity for rapid, data-driven decisions in a high-growth manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years in supply chain finance, manufacturing finance, cost accounting, FP&A, or a related analytical role.
• Experience leading or mentoring others.
• Experience supporting or leading an S&OP or integrated business planning process.
• Hands-on experience with standard costing, including raw material standards, cost roll-ups, and purchase price variance analysis.
• Experience in product manufacturing environments with understanding of BOMs and factory cost drivers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as finance lead for the monthly S&OP cycle, translating demand and supply plans into financial views of revenue, COGS, inventory, and cash.
• Align S&OP with the financial plan, reconcile to budget and forecast, quantify gaps and risks, and present scenarios to leadership.
• Own raw material input standard costs, including cost roll-ups, supplier pricing, freight, duty, and landed costs.
• Analyze material cost variances, drive root-cause conversations with Procurement and Supply Chain, and recommend actions.
• Forecast material costs with forward-looking views on supplier prices, market trends, lead times, and shortages.
• Support sourcing decisions with financial analysis for make-vs-buy, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor inventory and working capital and partner with Supply Chain to improve working capital.
• Build and develop a team; grow into leading two to four analysts by hiring and coaching.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate operational drivers into financial insights and recommendations.
• Own financial models for material, demand, and supply supporting S&OP and cash planning.
• Prepare management reporting with monthly S&OP summaries, budget vs. actuals, and executive commentary.
