Job summary

JustinBradley’s client, a payment processing company, seeks a Manager, Business Integration to coordinate and drive finance integration initiatives in Finance Shared Services, with focus on P2P, supplier payments, and month-end close.

Hybrid role based in O’Fallon, MO, three days on-site weekly; manages multiple workstreams, validates completion, escalates risks, and partners with global teams to support integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Experience in project management and coordination.
• Knowledge of P2P, AP, supplier payments, or related finance processes.
• Experience in a large Shared Services environment preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Strong communication across levels and teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive integration activities across Finance Shared Services and cross-functional teams using project plans and SOPs.
• Track tasks, milestones, dependencies, deadlines, and deliverables to stay on schedule.
• Follow up with teams to confirm task completion and validate outcomes.
• Escalate delays, risks, or incomplete activities and hold stakeholders accountable.
• Support P2P processes including supplier onboarding, requisitions, POs, invoice processing, and payments.
• Coordinate with Accounting on journal entries, month-end close, and services.
• Document decisions, owners, and next steps in meetings.
• Identify gaps and dependencies, working with stakeholders to resolve.
• Apply critical thinking to ensure requirements are completed and address gaps.
• Recommend improvements to plans, processes, or procedures.
• Maintain project documentation and status reporting; support ERP activities.
• Collaborate with global teams and participate in occasional meetings outside normal hours.
