Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group in Chicago is seeking a Senior Manager– Finance, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) to lead and optimize the global P2P function within our Finance Shared Services organization. You will oversee Vendor Master Data, Purchase Requisitions, Invoices, and Disbursements, driving end-to-end quality and GAAP compliance.

You will manage a distributed team of ~25 professionals across internal teams and BPO partners, collaborating with Supply Chain, IT, and Corporate Accounting to improve working

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, and Vendor Master data in a large corporate setting.
• 5+ years of management experience with direct team oversight.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Based in Chicago area or willing to relocate, with 3-days in office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize global P2P function across regions.
• Drive end-to-end process improvements and standardization.
• Implement automation (RPA/AI) to enhance AP operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP.
• Develop and coach AP team; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders on ERP enhancements.
