JustinBradley’s client, a payment processing company, is seeking a Manager, Business Integration to support integration initiatives within its Finance Shared Services organization. This role will be responsible for coordinating and driving established integration project plans across functional teams, with a strong focus on Procure-to-Pay (P2P), supplier payments, accounting services, and month-end close activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable managing multiple workstreams and dependencies, and confident holding stakeholders accountable for their assigned deliverables. Rather than simply tracking whether tasks are complete, this person should be able to understand the process, ask the right questions, validate completion, identify potential gaps, and escalation issues when needed. Direct M&A experience is not required; strong project coordination skills and an understanding of Finance, P2P, or Shared Services processes are more important.
Hybrid to O’Fallon, MO 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and drive integration activities across Finance Shared Services and other cross-functional teams using established project plans, task lists, and SOPs.
- Track project tasks, milestones, dependencies, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure integration activities stay on schedule.
- Follow up with functional teams to confirm assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time, requesting additional validation when needed rather than simply checking tasks as complete.
- Hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables through consistent follow-up and escalated delays, risks, or incomplete activities when appropriate.
- Support integration activities related to Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including supplier onboarding, requisitions, purchase orders, invoice processing, three-way matching, and supplier payments.
- Coordinate with Accounting teams on activities related to journal entries, accounting services, and month-end close processes.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions across functional teams, documenting decisions, outstanding items, owners, and next steps.
- Identify gaps, risks, or dependencies within existing project plans and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Apply critical thinking to project tasks and processes to determine whether requirements have truly been completed and identify areas that may require additional attention.
- Provide recommendations for improvements to existing project plans, processes, or procedures when opportunities are identified.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, status updates, and reporting throughout the integration.
- Work within ERP and enterprise systems to support project activities and navigate relevant Finance processes.
- Partner with global teams as needed, including occasional meetings outside of standard business hours to support international integrations.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Experience in project management, project coordination, business integration, Finance operations, Shared Services, or a related environment.

- Strong follow-up skills with the confidence to hold stakeholders accountable, challenge incomplete work, and escalation issues when necessary.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and dependencies simultaneously.
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps rather than simply follow a checklist.
- Experience working with a major ERP or enterprise system; experience with Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Workday, or similar platforms is helpful but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams and levels of an organization.
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or business integrations is a plus, but not required.
