Wipfli LLP is seeking a Manager, Finance Integration & M&A to lead financial integration across acquired businesses, acting as the bridge between deal diligence, FP&A, and post-acquisition performance management. The role collaborates with Finance, Accounting, IT, Data, and Operations to ensure smooth integration into the financial and reporting environment.

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 5 years in finance, FP&A, corporate development, or M&A integration.
Direct experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or business integrations.

Responsibilities

Lead financial integration activities for acquired companies.
Coordinate transition of financial data, reporting structures, and budgeting processes.
Partner with Accounting, IT, Data & Analytics, and ops teams to facilitate system conversions and data migration.
Support purchase accounting processes with internal teams and advisors.
Establish reporting processes and performance metrics for new acquisitions.
