Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking a Finance Business Partner I to join our team at USA Parkway. You will bridge Site operations with the SSC, driving governance and data accuracy across core financial streams, including P2P, I2C, FA, and R2R.

You will monitor compliance and champion continuous improvement, training site colleagues on group-standard tools while supporting intercompany reconciliation and supplier issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in P2P, I2C, FA and R2R processes.
• Ability to coordinate with SSC and site teams.
• Strong data governance and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Govern P2P processes and liaison between Site operations and SSC.
• Oversee Master Data integrity and validation tooling.
• Ensure compliance with policies and train site personnel on group tools.
• Coordinate AR data and manual invoicing per VAT regulations.
• Lead asset data and SAP order/BS settlements.
• Support site reporting and audit readiness.
