Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking an Integration Manager, Finance Transformation to coordinate cross-functional workstreams and deliver finance transformation initiatives. You will align Finance, IT, Operations, HR, and partners, driving execution of programs that improve processes, controls, and reporting.

The role requires extensive program management, change management, and collaboration across TODD teams to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery and measurable benefits realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Experience as a team leader.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and integrate activities across all finance transformation workstreams, including process, technology, data, reporting, controls, and organizational change.
• Establish and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and executive status reviews.
• Track program progress and elevate risks, issues, and decisions requiring leadership attention.
• Ensure alignment between project objectives and organizational strategic goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Finance leadership, business stakeholders, IT teams, implementation partners, and other functional groups.
