Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking a Finance Integration Director within the Integration Management Office to lead all finance workstreams across the full M&A lifecycle, from pre-close diligence to post-close integration, collaborating with Corporate Development, the CFO organization, and acquired-company finance teams.

The role demands hands-on finance expertise and strong leadership to drive milestones, consolidate acquired entities under US GAAP, implement ERP transitions, and deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, incl. M&A due diligence and post-close integration
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC 805 and ASC 606
• Hands-on analytical work and ability to lead others
• Experience with ERP migrations or financial systems integrations

Responsibilities

• Lead finance-track due diligence for acquisitions, assess policies, revenue recognition, controls, and reporting infrastructure
• Own end-to-end post-close integration plan for finance functions including reporting, accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and internal audit
• Coordinate with Controllership to consolidate acquired entities into public company financials per US GAAP and SEC requirements
• Onboard acquired businesses into budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting framework
• Track integration synergy targets and maintain dashboards for IMO and executive leadership
