FDH Aero is seeking a Sr. Manager, M&A Integration to lead post-acquisition integration efforts across its Electronics division, guiding from diligence to Day 1 readiness and beyond. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and Legal to ensure seamless integration and sustainable profitability.

You will translate transaction findings into executable plans, manage risks, and drive synergies while preserving key capabilities and customer relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, supply chain, engineering or related field.
• Five+ years of experience leading integrations, enterprise programs, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, or value creation initiatives preferred.
• Proven ability to lead through influence, drive decisions, and hold senior stakeholders accountable.
• Strong financial acumen, including business cases, profitability drivers, and reporting.

• Own end-to-end post-acquisition integration from diligence through stabilization.
• Translate diligence findings and commitments into an integration strategy and plan.
• Lead cross-functional teams and establish priorities, rights, deliverables, and accountability.
• Manage integration risks, dependencies, and issue resolution; ensure Day 1 readiness.

Ausbildung

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
