Job summary

FDH Aero is seeking a Sr. Manager, M&A Integration to lead post-acquisition integration efforts across FDH Electronics. You will drive diligence-to-stabilization, coordinating across operations, finance, HR, IT, and more to ensure Day 1 readiness and sustained profitability.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and timely delivery of synergy targets, with a focus on business continuity and integration playbook development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum of five years leading integrations or large cross-functional programs.
• Experience with mergers & acquisitions and post-merger integration.
• Strong ability to drive decisions and hold leaders accountable.
• Strong financial understanding including cost synergies and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration from diligence to stabilization.
• Translate diligence findings into integration plans and risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams and establish priorities and accountability.
• Serve as central leadership point for integration decisions and issues.
• Drive Day 1 readiness and post-close actions across functions.
• Balance standardization with preserving acquired capabilities.
• Develop and track integration governance, timelines, and KPIs.
• Contribute to the integration playbook and best practices.
