Qualifications

• Mastery-level knowledge of Finance and/or HR ecosystems (SAP/Workday).
• Experience designing enterprise application architectures with measurable impact.
• Ability to communicate architecture with senior leadership.
• Knowledge of data governance and cloud-based architecture best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional domain architecture for Finance and HR platforms.
• Create and maintain architecture artifacts, diagrams, data models, and blueprints.
• Build and maintain architectural runway aligned with business strategy.
• Provide leadership across the solution lifecycle and governance materials.
• Collaborate with BRMs, Service Owners, Enterprise Architecture, and Cybersecurity.
