The role emphasizes cross‑functional leadership, cybersecurity deliverables, and collaboration with enterprise teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions for a complex aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience.
• U.S. Citizen requirement noted for access to information.
• Demonstrated mastery-level knowledge of Finance and/or HR application ecosystems (e.g., SAP, Workday, AutoTime, integration platforms).
• Significant experience designing and implementing enterprise application architectures with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional domain architecture for Finance and HR platforms, ensuring alignment with standards and security requirements.
• Create and maintain architecture artifacts: system designs, data models, blueprints.
• Develop contextual, conceptual, logical, and physical architecture models using approved frameworks.
• Provide leadership across the solution lifecycle and support governance reviews.
• Collaborate with BRMs, Service Owners, Enterprise Architecture, and cybersecurity teams.
