Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a senior enterprise architect to lead the functional domain architecture for Finance and HR platforms, aligned with RTX architecture direction, security requirements, and enterprise standards. This hybrid-based role involves collaboration with BRMs, Service Owners, and cybersecurity teams to deliver governance artifacts and roadmaps.

You will mentor architects, produce models and artifacts for DAR1/DAR2, participate in governance forums, and shape plans for AOP/LRP

Qualifications

• University degree with 10+ years' enterprise architecture experience.
• Demonstrated mastery in Finance and/or HR application ecosystems.
• Experience designing enterprise architectures and cross-functional programs.
• Ability to communicate architecture to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and cloud-based patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional domain architecture for Finance and HR platforms.
• Create and maintain architecture artifacts: designs, diagrams, data models.
• Develop architectural runway with sequencing and dependencies.
• Produce governance materials and architectural roadmaps.
• Provide leadership across the solution lifecycle and vendor evaluations.
