Job summary

Brailsford & Dunlavey, a leader in real estate advisory services, seeks an Enterprise Systems Administration Manager. You will bridge business needs with technology, shaping governance and optimization across Workday, ADP, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.

Hybrid role with collaboration across Finance, HR, and IT teams. Lead system design, testing, and change management to support growth, M&A integration, and scalable operating models.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, enterprise systems analysis, ERP administration, or related roles.
• Experience documenting, analyzing, and redesigning business processes across multiple functions.
• Strong experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to document, analyze, and improve current-state processes across Finance, HR, Business Development, Project Delivery, and Operations.
• Facilitate process mapping sessions and develop SOPs, workflows and decision trees.
• Translate business requirements into system configurations and governance practices across Workday, ADP, Entra ID, M365, and related apps.
