Collins Aerospace is seeking a senior architect to lead the functional domain architecture for Finance and HR platforms in aHybrid role. You will align with enterprise standards, security requirements, and RTX direction, building artifacts and running governance reviews.

You will also mentor architects, conduct trade studies, and collaborate with BRMs, Service Owners, and cybersecurity teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• University Degree with extensive relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with substantial industry track record.
• Expertise in Finance and HR ecosystems such as SAP and Workday.
• Proven ability to design enterprise architectures across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional domain architecture for Finance and HR platforms aligned to enterprise standards.
• Create architecture artifacts: system designs, data models, blueprints.
• Provide governance, trade studies, and technology selection aligned with business goals.
• Mentor junior architects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
