Collins Aerospace in Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking a Manager, Business Systems & Transformation to lead SAP-focused business systems initiatives. The role requires extensive SAP/MM experience and cross-functional collaboration across IT, security, and projects.

The successful candidate will drive system selection, testing and integration for both new and legacy applications, supporting business goals while ensuring compliant, high-quality digital services onsite in Cedar Rapids.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in SAP.
• Must have 5 years of experience with SAP implementations and MM module support.
• Must have 5 years of cross-functional experience in SAP Ariba, SNC, SRM or supplier portals.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field as described.

Responsibilities

• Select, implement, develop, maintain and support business systems and digital applications; apply process-improvement concepts to support goals.
• Align system technology selection, programming, configuring and testing of new and legacy applications; understand architecture and integration.
• Identify and analyze moderately complex requirements for business units via IT systems.
• Collaborate with system analysts, engineers and programmers to confirm system capabilities and interfaces.
• Align digital services and vendor management with business strategies; work with Security/Compliance, Infra and PM groups to manage the digital portfolio.
• Represent the business in enterprise initiatives and deliver high-quality digital services.
