Job summary

The Mom Project is partnering with CTS Impact to identify an experienced Finance & Accounting Lead ERP Project Manager, focused on Workday Financial Suite, Oracle NetSuite, and Fusion products. The role drives ERP initiatives from scoping through implementation, aligning with client goals and timelines.

Ideal candidates bring deep finance transformation expertise, strong leadership, and hands-on consulting experience with cloud ERP platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance/accounting ERP projects.
• Experience with Workday, Oracle NetSuite, and Fusion is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP project management from initiation to implementation.
• Define requirements and manage selection/implementation of software.
• Improve business processes and change management within ERP initiatives.
• Assist with risk and compliance in the ERP lifecycle.
