The salary range for this position is $170,000 - $185,000 per year.

The Mom Project is excited to partner with CTS Impact in their search for an experienced Finance & Accounting Lead ERP Project Manager with a focus on Workday Financial Suite and Oracle NetSuite and Fusion products Project Manager.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Finance & Accounting Lead ERP Project Manager to provide hands‑on consulting services to clients in various industry sectors. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, a strategic mindset, and the ability to roll up your sleeves to drive ERP implementation with a focus on cloud applications such as Workday and Oracle NetSuite while also identifying business improvements. As a consultant, you will collaborate with clients to optimise their financial processes, manage risks, ensure compliance, and enhance overall performance.

A Finance & Accounting Lead ERP Project Manager will work directly with the client’s key stakeholders and executives to ensure the successful delivery of project deliverables as well as to collaborate with other departments to provide hands‑on subject matter expertise as a trusted advisor.

PM Responsibilities Include

• Project Management: Lead or contribute to the management of client projects, from


• initiation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery of results and measurable outcomes.


• Software Selection, Design and Implementation: In working with the clients to define and document business and technical requirements to select a new software system. This includes managing the selection process through request for proposal to the design and implementation of the software selected.


• Business Process Improvement and Change Management: In working with the clients to analyze current processes, identify process improvements, implement new or revised processes, and document standard operating policies and procedures.


• Compliance and Risk Management: Assist clients in enhancing the internal control environment through risk assessments, compliance reviews, advise on regulatory requirements, and IT data security reviews during the ERP lifecycle.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include

• Advise client staff across accounting, finance, financial planning and analysis, financial systems, and processing related to ERP initiatives and finance transformation programs


• Consult and assist with ERP and finance transformation programs and projects


• Develop and document a detailed project plan to monitor and report on progress and status


• Document processes and identify process improvements including comprehensive project documentation


• Assist with process design, testing, and training/change management related to new financial system (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, Workday (including Adaptive), MS Dynamics 365)


• Assist in the redesign of accounting processes, including chart of accounts, enhanced financial reporting, and data cleanup


• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

• Execute a hybrid of business consulting coupled with hands‑on subject matter experience with the implementation of deliverables

Qualifications Include

• Bachelor’s degree in business required (e.g., Accounting, Finance or Business Administration)


• Controller or Financial Reporting Experience including:


• Preparation of monthly financial statements


• Preparation of cash flow forecasts


• Implementation of process improvements


• Financial system implementation experience (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, Workday (including Adaptive), MS Dynamics 365)


• Proven success with full life-cycle project management


• Proficient use of project management tools for planning, scheduling, task management and work organization


• Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies


• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred but not required


• MBA in Finance or Accounting is preferred


• Seven years or more of progressive work experience in relevant areas


• Strong communication skills


• Proficient with Excel and various financial systems/tools


• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
