Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Workday Financials Manager to lead large, end-to-end ERP implementations for finance transformations using an adaptive approach. You will partner with client leadership and Deloitte teams to deliver value, manage senior stakeholders, and drive cross-workstream progress across projects.

Required are 8+ years in consulting or industry with 6+ full lifecycle Workday installations, plus a Workday certification or equivalent. Travel up to 50% and potential sponsorship may apply.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• 8+ years of financials ERP project implementations with a minimum of 4 years of Workday Financials ERP.
• Full lifecycle implementation experience on 6+ projects from planning to go-live.
• Workday certification or completing relevant Workday certification upon joining.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Delivery: Develop strategies with clients to gain tangible benefits using Workday and Deloitte solutions; may oversee multiple workstreams and provide guidance to teams.
• Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; collaborate with pursuit teams; participate in proposal development.
