Job summary

Deloitte's Emerging ERP Solutions practice seeks a Workday Financials Manager to lead large-scale, end-to-end implementations and transform finance processes for clients. You will collaborate with EERPS-Workday teams and client stakeholders on full-lifecycle initiatives, delivering value through Deloitte's adaptive approach.

Qualifications include 8+ years in consulting and Workday ERP, a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), Workday certification, and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• 8+ years of financials ERP project implementations with a minimum of 4 years of Workday Financials ERP.
• Full lifecycle implementation experience on 6 or more projects from planning to go-live.
• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent professional experience implementing Workday Financials.
• Workday certification or successfully completing relevant Workday certification upon joining.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Delivery: Gain trusted advisor status with customers by understanding their business and developing strategies with them using Workday and Deloitte solutions; may oversee multiple workstreams and guide progress, risks, and issues.
• Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; collaborate with pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process.
