Job summary

Deloitte’s Emerging ERP Solutions team seeks an experienced Workday Financials Manager to lead large-scale finance transformations for client organizations. You will leverage Deloitte’s adaptive implementation approach to drive value and manage multiple workstreams within complex projects.

You will interact with executives, define system strategies, perform fit-gap analyses, and guide client user training and testing across enterprise environments. Travel up to 50% is typical.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• 8+ years of financials ERP project implementations with a minimum of 4 years of Workday Financials ERP.
• Full lifecycle implementation experience on 6+ projects from planning to go-live.
• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent professional experience implementing Workday Financials.
• Workday certification or successfully completing relevant Workday certification upon joining.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Delivery: Gain trusted advisor status with customers and client prospects by understanding their business and developing strategies with them to gain tangible benefits to the business using Workday and Deloitte solutions.
• Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; collaborate with pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process.
