TitleMax in Grandview, MO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure top-notch customer service while driving loan/pawn services and check cashing processes. This full-time role includes training, growth across eleven brands, and leadership development opportunities.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1 year in customer service, and at least 3 months of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or key holder experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, and computer systems.
• Must be 18+ (19+ in some locations).
• Valid driver’s license, auto Insurance, and vehicle for day-to-day use.
• Background check required and physical demands of the role.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit needs.
• Assess risk of transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing.
• Conduct daily call campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery while maintaining service quality.
• Maintain POS data with accuracy and integrity.
• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives as needed.
• Perform on-site store tasks, vehicle appraisals, and external marketing.
• Support in-store events and maintain compliance with policies and laws.
• Ensure secure operations including opening/closing procedures and vault management.
• Work a full-time schedule including weekends; 40 hours per week minimum.
