Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Farmington, MO. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while supporting store leadership in daily operations and compliance.

You will coach Customer Service Representatives, manage loan/pawn workflows, and drive sales through referrals and community events. A full-time, in-person schedule with periodic weekend hours is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required with 3 months supervisory or leadership experience.
• At least 1 year in customer service, sales, or retail is expected.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the loan or pawn cycle.
• Assist with account management, recovery, and collection calls as needed.
• Meet performance standards by leveraging partnerships and referrals.
• Develop customer relationships to grow business and brand loyalty.
• Coach and support Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality standards.
