Job summary

Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in St. Louis, MO. You’ll lead store operations, manage accounts, and drive customer service while developing your leadership skills and advancing within a growth‑oriented, risk‑aware team.

You’ll participate in a comprehensive benefits program, with paid training, field coaching, and opportunities across eleven brands nationwide. This role requires full‑time in‑person availability, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or key holder leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; mileage compensated.
• Background check conducted as part of hiring.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role (standing, lifting up to 25 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering relevant financial services.
• Assess risk, process loan/pawn applications, and related transactions.
• Execute daily campaigns to market services and grow business.
• Oversee account management and recovery with strong customer service.
• Maintain POS data accuracy and integrity.
• Coach and support Customer Service Representatives as applicable.
• Occasionally perform offsite store tasks and community events.
• Help ensure compliance with policies and laws; assist in audits and reporting.
• Maintain store appearance and handle basic facility needs.
