Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in O'Fallon, MO. The role focuses on supporting customers with financial needs while gaining hands-on store leadership experience.

You will drive account management, outreach, risk management, and ensure high standards of customer service as you grow into leadership opportunities within our nationwide brand family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service, sales or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or lead experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with phones, POS, Microsoft Office and other computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing transactions.
• Conduct daily outreach campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collections, with a focus on customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the POS system.
