Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is offering an on-site Branch Operations Internship for current college juniors and seniors pursuing Finance or Business. Interns will learn day-to-day branch operations, participate in loan processes, and receive exposure to multiple departments within the company.

The program aims to guide interns toward potential full-time opportunities post-graduation. Compensation starts at $15.00 per hour with a pathway to full-time employment upon successful completion, and a focus

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet acceptable standards for background and drug screening.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and broader organization.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding tasks.
• Attend regional meetings and workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Learn about process improvement projects within Branch Operations.
• Explore corporate roles where branch backgrounds are valued.
