Job summary

Raytheon Technologies' Shipboard Missiles SBM is seeking a CFO to oversee all financial management for the ESSM program area, enabling the annual operating plan and long-term goals. The role manages large-scale production, GAAP reporting, and cost-reduction initiatives.

You will collaborate across programs, lead teams, coordinate with SM-3/SM-6, and develop robust forecasts while maintaining DoD security clearances and US citizenship requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, math, business or related field.
• Experience leading business teams and managing staff.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial execution across SBM CMA portfolio and multi-year programs.
• Partner with SM-3/SM-6 and CGO to implement best practices.
• Manage reporting including Earned Value and GAAP Financial Model.
• Oversee cost-type and FFP contracts; drive cost reductions.
• Provide financial forecasts with SBM FP&A lead collaboration.
• Coordinate staffing forecasts and S&OP alignment.
• Establish dashboards and leadership communications for execution.
• Collaborate across Shipboard programs and finance teams.
