Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a CFO for the Shipboard Missiles (SBM CMA) portfolio to lead all financial management across non-recurring development, multi-year production, and capital investments. The role partners with the SM-3/SM-6 programs to drive execution and interfaces with the CGO to implement best practices while supporting robust forecasts and financial planning.

Onsite work is required at Tucson, AZ, with potential site opportunities in MA/RI; U.S.

Qualifications

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, math, business or related field or equivalent experience with 12+ years, or an advanced degree with 10+ years.
Experience in managing staff and leading business teams.
U.S. Citizenship is required to access government financial systems and security clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead financial execution across SBM CMA portfolio including non-recurring development, long-term production, and capital investments.
Partner with SM-3 and SM-6 programs to drive execution and provide actionable insights.
Oversee forecasting, reporting (Earned Value, GAAP model), and cost management across programs.
Coordinate with S&OP, Supply Chain, Contracts, and functional finance leaders to align resources and priorities.
