Job summary

Raytheon in Farmington, CT invites a Financial Program Controls Analyst to join the Naval Shipboard Portfolio on the NSMS program within Growth. The role supports the new Munitions Acceleration contract and adjacent efforts, offering growth through collaboration with program managers, technical leads, and functional teams.

You will forecast, perform cost and schedule analyses, develop quarterly EACs, and help establish baselines for the upcoming production phase, working in a hybrid environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in program development or financial analysis.
• Experience interfacing with Contracts, Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Forecast, risk identification, and financial planning independently.
• Provide cost and schedule analysis.
• Coordinate development of quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC).
• Provide financial guidance to Program Team and Leads.
• Prepare finance charts for reviews and reporting activities.
• Maintain Earned Value Management implementation.
• Contribute to Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) development.
• Establish and maintain program logs.
