Job summary

The Jay, Autograph Collection in San Francisco seeks an experienced hotel finance leader to supervise the financial activities of the property and ensure GAAP compliance. You will oversee budgeting, cost control, and reporting to senior leadership.

You will coordinate capital expenditures, manage accounts payable/receivable, and drive strategic financial decisions to support guest experience and growth in a luxury market.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Accounting or Hotel Management preferred.
• 3+ years experience in Hotel or Hospitality related Finance and Accounting.
• Analytical approach to problems, regard for detail and accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; adapt to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hotel's financial activities and ensure GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Provide accurate financial reporting and timely communication with ownership group.
• Manage budget prep, capital expenditures, and ROI analyses.
• Coordinate accounts receivable, credit policies, and cash controls.
