Job summary

Worldly is seeking a senior finance leader to drive strategy and operational excellence as we scale our impact platform globally. Reporting to the CFO, you will help build robust analytical capabilities and partner across the organization to support sustainable, profitable growth.

You will lead financial planning, US GAAP compliance, investor relations, and analysis of pricing, product, and acquisitions in a remote US-based setting.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive finance experience
• Growth company experience including scaling financial operations
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
• Ability to translate complex financial information for leadership and stakeholders
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B models is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of financial strategies that support company growth and stakeholder value creation
• Build a high-performing analytical culture, fostering excellence and continuous improvement
• Oversee investor reporting, and key performance indicator tracking across the organization
• Support business planning, forecasting, and modeling for strategic decision-making at the executive level
• Drive business case analyses and insights to inform product, pricing, operational and acquisition strategies.
