AeroVironment seeks a Director of Finance to lead financial strategy for the Product Line, partnering with General Managers and senior leaders. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and improving financial controls to drive cash flow and working capital while ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

The incumbent will manage a team of senior finance professionals, drive pricing strategies, and oversee audits, SOX compliance, and financial reporting for the product line.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting is required or equivalent.
• MBA / CMA or advanced degree preferred.

• Direct financial assurance and control, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and issue resolution.
• Oversee day-to-day leadership of Product Line Business Managers and staff.
• Lead pricing and proposal activities, negotiate with customers, and monitor margin performance.
