Job summary

AV is seeking a Director of Finance in Dayton, OH to partner with Product Line General Managers and senior leadership. This role drives budgets, forecasts, financial strategy, and cash flow performance while improving internal controls and finance capability.

You will lead financial analysis, pricing strategy, and investment forecasting for aerospace/defense programs, ensuring compliance and timely reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• Responsible for financial leadership of the Product Line, budgets, forecasts and performance.
• Oversee financial reporting, policies, controls and audit readiness.
• Lead pricing, proposal activities and margin monitoring in program reviews.

• Direct financial assurance and control, including budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee and lead Product Line Business Managers and staff.
• Lead pricing strategy, bid reviews, and long-term financial plans.
