Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in relevant disciplines plus 2+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in costing and pricing complex manufactured products and development contracts
• Experience with Government Cost accounting principles and FAR
• Experience with ASC-606 Revenue from Contracts with Customers
• Proficiency in MS Office, Hyperion, ERP systems (Oracle EBS), ProPricer, MS Project

Responsibilities

• Provides monthly forecasting and variance reporting for hardware product line
• Ensures compliance with internal procedures and government procurement regulations
• Supports audits and reviews program Estimates at Complete (EAC) and profitability analysis
• Oversees program cost control and cost/schedule performance on contracts
• Prepares budgets and schedules and analyzes funding profiles and variances
• Supports indirect department budgeting and variance analysis
• Contributes to proposal activity and cost volume development
• Develops integrated master schedules for on-contract and new captures
• Collaborates with Cost Accounting to understand BOMs and cost drivers
• Partners with subcontractors and Supply Chain to assess cost variances
• Translates cost variances and supply constraints into business impacts
• Provides informed business judgments when data is incomplete
• Works on additional duties as assigned
