Lutheran Health Network in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Director of Finance (Clinics) to provide strategic financial leadership for facility-level activities. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, capital planning, and compliance while partnering with leaders to optimize performance and internal controls.

The role is the second-most senior financial leader at the facility and requires strong oversight of financial operations and cross-functional collaboration to support growth and quality

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree required; seven+ years of related experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees financial statements, reports, and analysis in line with policies and standards.
• Leads budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Performs risk assessments and provides strategic insights for decisions.
• Manages general ledger, reconciliations, fixed assets, and accounts payable.
• Drives margin improvement, cost control, and revenue optimization with leadership.
• Directs month-end and year-end close activities and internal controls.
• Oversees capital review, ROI evaluation, and governance with executives.
• Monitors revenue and expenses and proposes corrective actions.
