Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or 4+ years of related experience.
• Master's degree is preferred for higher responsibilities.
• 2-4 years of leadership experience is preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in a closely related field with Bachelor's is common.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinic operations across sites, ensuring efficient patient flow and service quality.
• Partners with physicians and clinical leaders to improve access, scheduling, and care coordination.
• Monitors financial reports and payer trends, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensures HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory compliance with documentation and reporting.
• Develops and enforces clinic policies and workflows for consistency and goals.
• Oversees revenue cycle processes to support timely billing and reimbursement.
• Analyzes operational data and patient feedback to drive improvements in efficiency and service quality.
• Manages inventory and supply chain for clinical operations.
• Serves as liaison between clinic staff, physicians, hospital departments, and community partners.
• Facilitates training and onboarding for staff to ensure consistent practice standards.
