Lutheran Health Physicians in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Clinic Manager III to lead multiple primary care clinic sites onsite. You will oversee daily operations, staff, budgets, and physician partnerships while driving process improvement and ensuring quality patient care.

This role emphasizes collaboration with clinical and administrative leaders to optimize access, staff engagement, and financial performance, while maintaining regulatory compliance and a culture of teamwork and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required.
• Experience leading clinic operations and driving process improvements.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinic operations across multiple sites, ensuring efficient patient flow.
• Partners with physicians and leaders to improve access, scheduling and care coordination.
• Monitors financial reports and payer reimbursement trends with corrective actions.
• Ensures HIPAA/OSHA compliance and maintains accurate documentation.
• Develops and enforces clinic policies and workflows for consistency.
• Oversees revenue cycle processes to support billing and reimbursement.
• Analyzes data and patient feedback to identify efficiency and service improvements.
• Manages inventory, procurement and supplier contracts for clinical ops.
• Serves as liaison between staff, physicians, hospital departments and partners.
• Facilitates staff training and onboarding to maintain practice standards.
• Maintains attendance and adheres to policies.
