Job summary

The Lutheran Health Physicians in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Clinic Manager III to lead operations across multiple clinic sites, ensuring patient-centered care and efficient day-to-day management. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and partner with physicians to optimize access, scheduling, and care coordination.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, process improvement, and collaboration with clinical and administrative leaders to drive service excellence and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or four+ years of related experience in lieu.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in a closely related field with a Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinic operations across assigned sites, ensuring efficient patient flow and service quality.
• Partners with physicians and clinical leaders to improve access, scheduling, and care coordination.
• Monitors financial reports, accounts receivable, and payer trends; implements corrective actions.
• Ensures HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory/compliance standards; maintains documentation.
• Develops and enforces policies and workflows to align with goals.
• Oversees billing, credentialing, and revenue cycle processes for timely reimbursement.
• Analyzes operational data and patient feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
