Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 5+ years progressive accounting leadership.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, GL, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop employees; excellent cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations and financial reporting, including payables/receivables, payroll, GL, month-end and year-end close.
• Lead FP&A: budgets, forecasts, cash flow, financial models, KPI reports.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations; coordinate with external accountants.
• Drive process improvements; partner with leadership to improve pricing and operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop the accounting team with documented procedures and cross-training.

Experience in hospitality, catering, events, food service, or other complex service businesses preferred.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThis role requires the ability to work at a computer for extended periods, review detailed financial information, and frequently communicate with team members and business partners.
