Location & Reporting

Reports To: CFO/Finance Leader

Position Type: Full-time, Exempt

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, month-end and year-end close.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Manage audits and tax filings; act as primary liaison with external auditors.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and best practices.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members.
• Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, and operational teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Expertise in GAAP, SEC reporting, and audit coordination.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and advanced Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Compensation

Recommended range: $170,000 - $230,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
